HIIT

For the last 3-4 weeks, I have started High Intensity Interval training. Thanks to a friend.
I had relegated running to an exercise corner.
In the first few days I was able to go only 10 min and now its close to 20 min. Now my stamina has increased so much that I can now do elliptical for an hour.  On 6/30/17 when I did that, i felt 10 years younger when I used to do just that for exercise.
I can stay in plank position for long now.
With the holidays, I didnt want the exercise regimen to derail.
I was able to do Jillian Michael's Cardio training for 35 min.
