Skip the Crunches

In the 'Lying OverHead Reach', you can feel your core when you reach back with the weights. 'OverHead Circles with Medicine ball' seems simple but doing all the reps will show you where it hurts. I couldnt do the table top to reverse pike. I can do the table top but not the reverse pike. I loved the leaning Camel for the feel on the front thighs.
Deadbug is cute.
