Exercise du jour .. repeat

yesterday Good bodyworkout strength training with no weights. topped with a 40 min walk, that got it to a round figure 1 hour exercise.

Always wanted to do this one

 Loved this HIIT workout

It felt so good. the actual workout is only 20 min but my heartrate soared.

Good warm up and cool-down.

Must try. Even with some dialed down modifications, I could feel all worked out. And there was a good 3-4 min rest overall too.
