Started week 1 - missed yoga day still made up with some surya namaskar
for legs and back I chose Tapout Legs and Back with the longer band with handles. I should dig out the other bands by the bext week. Loved the dynamic march jump.
Day 1 - Combat Core was fun.
Day 2 - Looking forward to strength and upper. Took out my bands too.
Its always fun to try new stuff.
