Skip the Crunches

In the 'Lying OverHead Reach', you can feel your core when you reach back with the weights. 'OverHead Circles with Medicine ball' seems simple but doing all the reps will show you where it hurts. I couldnt do the table top to reverse pike. I can do the table top but not the reverse pike. I loved the leaning Camel for the feel on the front thighs.

Reverse Crunch

Wow, there comes along an exercise, that shows you something you are capable of, even in an awkward way. I didnt think it was possible to make your lower abs lift your legs up into the air. Even though I feel like I have been gagged after a couple of exercises, it feels great to know the capabilities of control and motion involved in the ab system
